I am thrilled to tell you we have passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management Systems certificate, which is an internationally recognised accreditation.

By beginning the ISO9001 process, continual quality standards have to be met which means improving customer service overall.

Louise Cotterill, Marketing Assistant said “Our survey feedback has shown our customers are happy with our service, yet ginger6 has a desire to go above and beyond what our customers expect of us. By following ISO9001:2008 standards we will be able to improve upon what we already do.”

With the backing from other staff members, I.T. Technician Julian Bailey and Administrator Sheryl Lea, I decided it was the right time to embark upon the ISO9001:2008 accreditation.  

By improving our processes and procedures internally we will be in an even better position to treat you exceptionally well.

We believe this accreditation will better your shopping experience, it will also provide goals and standards to achieve internally; boosting moral and team work.

As part of ISO9001 regulations, we will be externally audited once a year in order to keep the certification. 

We have decided that once the ISO9001:2008 has settled in, we have the desire to complete ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management Standard, which will improve ginger6′s environmental procedures.

 

This will be another challenge for ginger6, but one we are ready for!
