As you know, we had some problems. All were solved within 24 hrs. of raising them, either over the phone immediately, or by delivery following day.
My particular thanks to your 'helpdesk lady'. Her 'phone was always answered (usually within 3-rings, longest 5) and she was always helpful.
I mention also your carriers. All equipment arrived promptly and without dints to, mystery footmarks on, slashes through, etc., the external packaging. Further, it worked 'out of the box'.
You quoted 2-5 days. Including problems, we completed withinin six. Well done! That we overran was my fault, not yours. Had I not adopted a piecemeal approach to my installation, we would have met your quote.
Better yet, your prices are very competitive. I shall recommend you to all friends and acquaintances. It is not, "You may safely deal with this company." It is more, "You will be b****y daft if you do not."

He is a tight fisted old so and so, but even he was impressed at the prices of the systems on your web site. So when I was looking for a system to replace my old Compaq (I used to work for Compaq) the first place I looked was ginger6.com. To say I was impressed is an understatement! Having looked at comparable systems from Dell and Compaq I decided that a saving of over £600.00 was just too good to ignore!!! I ordered it late on Wednesday night, and it arrived Monday morning having been dispatched on Friday! This is the best looking computer system I have seen. The base unit is excellent, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and the black and silver 19" monitor is out of this world. Good solid build quality and finish, and it looks excellent on my desk with the Logitech cordless keyboard and mouse, well worth the extra!! Thanks Kevin and the guys for another excellent system. "Having been a system builder for 4 years i wasn't expecting much for our money when placing an order for our website company here at ginger6.
Kevin was extremely polite and very fast on question responses via email. He assured me that placing an order on Monday would arrive to us on Wednesday. To say i had my doubts is an understatement.
However true to his word the goods arrived Wednesday morning and the build quality was far better than i ever expected. The cases and products used are extremely high build quality and for this price level I was extremely impressed.
