BroadCall combines high-speed Broadband Internet with low cost calls and line rental, all at a fantastic low price.

You'll be connected to an ultra-fast broadband connection (up to 8Mb) with a massive monthly usage allowance of 40 GB - that's more than enough for shopping, banking, browsing, multi-player gaming, downloading music and watching a few films per week!

This amazing package offers all the benefits of BroadCall, and a free high-spec Fujitsu Siemens laptop. It is available to all existing and new customers who have at least one energy service with us. The laptop even comes with a free lifetime extended warranty (for as long as you remain connected to BroadCall Laptop tariff).

There are two different prices for BroadCall depending on whether new equipment has been installed in your local BT exchange. This is a process known as local loop unbundling or "LLU". Currently around 70% of UK households can benefit from this new technology and the number is growing all the time.

If your local exchange has not yet been "unbundled" and you connect to our BroadCall service, we'll check your local exchange every six months. If LLU has become available, we will automatically reduce your monthly charges to our lower "LLU" BroadCall prices (as soon as we have successfully transfered your line).

The call part of BroadCall

We take over complete responsibility for supplying your home phone service. You keep your current home phone number. You use the same phone as now for your calls. But you benefit from savings of almost 50% on the calls you make most often - that's daytime calls to local and national numbers. You can also make unlimited Free Weekend Calls to anywhere in the UK (compared with a fixed price of 4.5p per call on BT).

Our prices for calling mobiles are extremely competitive. One simple tariff means you'll always know in advance how much your calls will cost.
