Every component is installed by hand in the Ginger6 workshop in Wolverhampton. Cable management is routed to support better airflow inside the case, reducing dust build-up around components and making future maintenance simpler. Cable management is not cosmetic.

BIOS, Memory Profile, and Firmware

BIOS settings, memory profiles, and firmware stability are confirmed before testing begins. AMD Ryzen systems require memory profile configuration to run DDR5 at rated speeds, which is set and verified before the machine leaves the workshop. This is a pre-dispatch step, not part of the 24-hour test itself.

Every machine runs under sustained load for 24 hours. This identifies any instability that would not appear in a brief power-on check. Only builds that complete the full test are packed and shipped.
